USA doesn't believe in Russian troops withdrawal
NATO and USA officials are skeptic regarding Russian military troops relocation from near the Ukrainian borders.
Although border guards from Ukraine declared they have seen a decrease in the Russian activity across the border, the US said that this would be the third time Putin announced a military withdrawal from the Ukrainian border only to see that troops showed no or little signs of undergoing relocation.
'At this point we see no indication of any movement which has been the case as you know several times before,' said White House spokesman Jay Carney.
These announcements come after President Vladimir Putin declared on Monday that troops stationed near the Ukrainian border will begin relocation to other bases as they have ended a drill in that area.
On the other hand, Moscow did encourage peace talks between the interim government at Kiev and pro-Russian leaders in Eastern Ukraine.
