Hendrix, Beatles, Gaga items in 700 music memorabilia auction
Over 700 items that once belonged to some of the world's greatest musicians will put up for auction in New York.
Among the most prized possessions are Jimi Hendrix's first stage-used guitar, U2's MTV Award, Bruce Springsteen's harmonica, Beatles memorabilia and over 200 items owned by Michael Jacksons.
As a bonus, the auction will also be selling Lady Gaga's Rolls Royce: 'We have a great Rolls Royce here at the Hard Rock owned by Lady Gaga. And all of the proceeds from the sale of the Rolls Royce will go to benefit Music Cares, which is a charity supported by the Grammy Foundation,' said Martin Nolan, executive director of Julien's Auction.
