ISIL extremists crucify 8 of their own
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or, by its new name, the Islamic State, takes on drastic measures not only against those who oppose them, but also against their own members.
Apparently, the extremist group has just crucified eight of its members. Their fault was that they showed signs of empathy and were too moderate.
The crucifixions took place in the city of Aleppo, in the main town square and the bodies of thei eight are to remained crucified for another three days.
The militants also crucified one man in al-Bab, in the proximity of the Turkish border, but, fortunately, the man survived the ordeal.
Meanwhile, Russia has sent 12 brand new warplanes to back up Iraq’s government forces in their fight against the extremist group.
Although it promised to also deliver troops and military equipment to help Iraq, the US has proved to be slow in the process of doing so, especially compared to the fast rhythm with which ISIL forces gain control in Iraq and Syria.
