Bowe Bergdahl can return to duty after 5 years of captivity
Bowe Bergdahl, the American soldiers who spent the last five years in captivity among Talibans, could return to active duty as soon as today, as Defense Department officials declared.
He is going to live in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, the same place where he had been receiving psychiatric counseling the weeks following his return to the US.
Two soldiers will help Bergdahl re-familiarize himself with military life he absented from during his imprisonment.
Sgt. Bergdahl will also have Major General Kenneth Dahl who is currently investigating his 2009 controversial disappearance from the US Afghanistan base.
