MTV bans the new video of Blood Red Shoes

Blood Red Shoes' video to new single 'Speech Coma', out through Jazz Life on 2nd June, has been the focus of considerable controversy.

The disturbing video portrays a singer bleeding to death on stage and has been banned by MTV. Commenting on the video, Laura-Mary explained: "with Speech Coma we wanted the video to represent the unsettling nature of the song. We liked the idea of it being gory, weird and unnerving".

Blood Red Shoes are currently playing sold-out shows in Europe and then, later this month they will embark on a UK tour.

The dates will feature DZ Deathrays and Slaves as rotating main support acts. Check their schedule right below:
