Lady Gaga & Tony Bennett album out in September

According to Roger Friedman, owner of Showbiz 411, after being postponed twice, the Tony Bennett / Lady Gaga album 'Cheek to Cheek' will be released in September.

The album was first heard of at the end of 2012 and said to be recorded in 2013 with Marion Evans, who took care of the recording of The Lady is a Tramp for Bennett's Duets II album.

In January this year, when Bennett announced the release of the album, he said: "We recorded all great standards, quality songs; George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, Irving Berlin, songs like that. With a big swingin' band and great, great, jazz artists playing." After that, the date was pushed again, to March 18, but the album still didn't see the light.

"Wait til you hear her voice. She's a real singer," Bennet complemented Lady Gaga.
