According to Wellcome Trust and the Clerks choral ensemble, there is such a thing as the science of misheard lyrics. This science apparently deals with understanding the way people perceive music.

While checking this thing out, to make work more fun, a top 10 greatest misheard lyrics have been made featuring old songs like Madonna’s “Like a Virgin” to newer ones like Kings of Leon’s “Sex Is On Fire”.
