10-year-old graduates high school
Tanishq Abraham has just become, at 10 years of age, one of the youngest children to ever graduate high school.
The boy, with an IQ in the 99,9 percentile, is also a MENSA member since he was 4 years old, at that age being the youngest member to have ever received a membership in the organization.
Even President Barack Obama sent a letter of congratulations to Tanishq upon graduating from high school.
His future plans include going to college and graduating by the end of the final semester, in fall. He already has been taking college paleontology classes since the age of 6.
'I sensed there was something different about Tanishq when he was 6 months old because he became very interested in clocks and numbers — he started counting and could point out numbers when he saw them in books,' said his mother who works as a veterinarian.
Tanishq said he is eager to enroll to university and become a doctor so he can find a cure for cancer.
His sister, Tiara, aged 8, is also a member of the MENSA organization.
