Two ships collided, one sunk near Hong-Kong
Earlier today, two cargo ships collided off the coast of Hong Kong.
At the moment, a search and rescue operation is underway as 11 persons were reported missing.
All of them were part of the 12 crew members on the Zhong Xing 2 vessel which sunk after colliding with the bigger, 300-meter long MOL Motivator.
One man from the sunken ship, a 46-years old Chinese, was rescued from the water by a passing fishing boat. He is currently being treated at the hospital but his condition is stable.
Now, one helicopter and several vessels from Hong-Kong are searching for the other 11 crew members that are still missing.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m., local time, three nautical miles southwest of Po Toi island.
