Russia's military art

Fired by the recent events, Russia is in a highly militaristic mood, even when it comes to art and culture.

Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation plans to open a big tank museum at the site of the Battle of Prokhorovka on the Ukrainian border.

At the same time, a big expansion is planned for the T-34 tank museum near Moscow.

Also, the exhibition titled “Industrial Design of Defense Production: Expressive Severity and Reliable Functionality” can be seen until May 11 at the All-Russian Decorative Arts Museum in Moscow, which hasn't too much history in military shows and is more known for displaying fine arts.
