Zlatan Ibrahimovic was named France's player of the year. The Swedish football sensation received this distinction for a second year in a row.
It wasn't even hard for the judges. Zlatan is Ligue 1 top scorer with 25 goals and a total of 40 goals in all competitions for Paris Saint-Germain. Zlatan even managed to broke a 35 year old record. Carlos Bianchi scored for PSG in 1978-1979 season 39 goals, but Zlatan broke it with a round still to play in the domestic competition.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic carried Paris Saint Germain to a second consecutive Ligue 1 title. The Swedish football superstar is a globetrotter. He has won nine national trophies in the last 13 years in four different countries with Ajax Amsterdam, Juventus, AC Milan, Internazzionale, FC Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain.
