Billionaire hiding money around cities, identified
For over a month, an anonymous billionaire had been hiding envelopes with money all around some of USA's cities and then tweeting clues about their whereabouts.
The whole game triggered a major treasure-hunt among locals who race each other to be among the very first who read the tweets with clues and then race again to be the first who find the money.
Although he managed to stay anonymous so far, the name of the billionaire behind the game was eventually identified.
Real-estate dealer Jason Buzi confirmed for the Bold Italic website that he is the man behind @HiddenCash.
He also talked about the reasons for which he started the whole campaign and what will happen to it in the future: 'I really am just trying to give back.I wasn't born wealthy. So many people I know have done better than me, and they're not doing anything to give back.'
The next treasure hunt will take place in San Francisco and clues about the location of the envelopes will be tweeted, as usual.
