HTC One Mini two – a scaled down version of the M8
HTC has cracked the smartphone market in 2014 with its flagship One M8. However, thing do not look very bright for the Korean company when it comes to the Mini version. Media calls it a smaller, stripped down version of the bigger brother that carries a weird name.
Even more worryingly for HTC is the rumored price. Allegedly, the phone will hit the market for around 500 euros in Europe and 700 dollars in US. Critics say that's a bit too much for a device that can't really compete with the big boys.
The One Mini two features a 4.5 inch display (1.280 by 720 pixels), lowed than that One M8. The device is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor. The CPU is not bad, but it has been the choice for everyone in the last year. Although it performs well, enthusiasts were expecting something new. The Mini two tuns on the latest Android OS 4.4.2 KitKat.
Probably the biggest difference between the M8 and its smaller brother is the camera. The Mini two has a 13 mega pixel camera, while the M8 has a dual camera. However, the device has a strong point. It's design. It's a scaled down version of the M8 with the same metal body that looks stunning.
