More than 200 banks will open in Crimea
In Crimea will operate, until the end of April, more than 200 bank branches from Russia, said the deputy governor of the Central Bank in Moscow, Mikhail Sukhov.
"By the end of the year, a network of bank branches operating in the Russian ruble will reach over 200 units," he said.
Vice Governor hopes that the transition to ruble in Crimea will accelerate.
"Two weeks ago we had the banking network. If everything goes the same as before, we have the economic foundation of the ruble to become the payment method throughout the Russian Federation, including the Crimea," said Sukhov.
