Mercedes joins car-recalling movement
Mercedes has now joined GM and Toyota in the car-recalling massive movement as it has to call back 284,000 cars in the US and Canada over faulty tail lights.
According to the company, the tail lights on C-Class sedans sold in the United States and Canada may have some electrical issues that cause tail lights to dim or fail.
The C300, C350 and C63 models sold from 2008 to 2011 are the ones called back.
These electrical issues increase the risk of accidents as drivers behind the Mercedes car models with faulty tail lights may not be aware of when the car in front of him is breaking or slowing down.
So far, no accidents or injuries have been related to this problem.
