GlaxoSmithKline involved in a huge scandal
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is already involved in a corruption scandal in China and is now part of an investigation of bribery in Iraq.
This latest controversy is due to the fact that GSK has engaged physicists and chemists as sales agents, given that they are already occupying positions in the local government, according to Business Insider.
"We're investigating a number of allegations of inappropriate behavior of some employees in Iraq," said a company representative. "We have zero tolerance for illegal or unethical actions."
GSK has more than 60 employees in Iraq, and allegations relate to a small group of people, said the people in the company.
