The future of gaming: 8K resolution

Gaming market has been growing and growing for years and it looks like the phenomenon is on a constant climb. The ever increased desire of gamers pushes creators and designers to destroy the boundaries of quality.

It's probably Halo3, Titalfall, Global Offensive or Call of Duty, the best looking FPS's out there. However, everything looks outdated when compared to some hacked snaps of Crysis 3 in 8 K resolution. It's probably going the be a “must have” in the next decade. Most PC's struggle to run the engine in 1,920 by 1,080 resolution and it looks amazing. Now imagine you boost the quality about five times. An enthusiast called K-putt hacked the engine to run in 8K resolution. The snaps are so good, it could pass as 2014 hand-drawn paintings.

Gaming enthusiast will understand what a 8,000 by 3,333 resolution means. No matter how long it took K-putt to come up with this the result is truly amazing and speaks for itself.
