Intel teams up with Samsung

The biggest names in tech world have been battling for a few years on two sides, hardware performance and display quality. Hardware performance came relatively cheap on smartphones, tablets, laptops or PC's.

The story changes a bit when it comes ti display quality. Increased quality in 2014 automatically means increased price and the most expensive displays are those capable of delivering 4K experiences. However, things are about to change.

Intel's study revealed PC users stopped upgrading their gear for a while, but the American giants saw a potential market in monitors especially. Having this in mind Intel announced a new partnership with Samsung to deliver more options when it comes to high quality for less money.

This is just the first step. Intel did not reveal any other detail about the partnership with Samsung while availability timing was not discussed. The only hint given by Intel was the fact that it plans to release its “All in One” series PC for less than 1,000 dollars, while Samsung could deliver its 4K PLS Monitors for less than 400 dollars.
