How to handle gray hair
The first gray hairs appear usually around 40s or earlier, if it's genetic, but also due to lack of vitamins. A strong emotional shock can destroy the melanin, which causes early gray hair.
Taking care of silver hair
White hair needs more caring. If your have a darker color, the gray hair can become silver, but if you're blonde, they will have several tones of blonde until they're completely white.
When the hair is white, it must be gently handled like it would be a dry hair. The explanation is simple: sebaceous glands make sebum appear for moisturising the scalp and in time these glands are doing their duty more seldom. Women who tend to have a lot of gray hair can notice it is more fragile.
Even when you dye it, pick some shampoo for dry hair, moisturizing balms (the best ones are those who don't need a rinsing). The most efficient treatments are special oils for hair, applied from the half of your hair, till its ends.
If you decided to let your hair natural, you must know that they're are not quite easy to take care of: they tend to get yellow and for avoiding that, you need some shampoo with silver reflexes. But you should avoid those if your skin is too white. Better pick up a color which might sweeten your looks.
To avoid having gray hair, don't miss having vitamins and minerals (B12, iron, chrome and iodine). Eat spinach, beans, carrots, cheese, eggs, fish, pineapple, bananas, almonds, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate.
