Food you should eat for perfect hair, skin and nails

 

The consumption of natural products may help you to have nice bodyshape and, equally, the fruits and vegetables you eat can affect your skin, nails and hair's appearance. 

 

 

 

Red Oranges

 

The Italian researchers from the University of Milan claim that red oranges can fight fat. The benefic properties of these fruits are due to a high concentration of anthocyanin (an antioxidant with healing properties). The red orange juice can restrict the fat cells (adipocytes) ability to accumulate fat. Adipocytes are found especially in the waist area. 

 

 

 

Strawberries

 

They have a huge amount of antioxidants, which helps the skin to fight toxins. Another advantage is its abrasive texture (with seeds), which helps to clean and whiten the teeth.

 

 

 

Pineapple

 

This fruit is appreciated not only for its taste but also for stimulating hair growth and preventing its collapse. It also gives suppleness and elasticity to the hair.
