Boost your energy levels
Here are some simple but very efficient tips to increase your energy levels and overall well-being.
1.Break the routine.
Break your exercise routine. Mix them up, add new ones or simply do something different. Studies revealed that exercise done with others have a boosted energizing effect, so invite some friends to train with you. The same effect has outdoors exercising, so get out of the gym and exercise under the trees.
2.Breathe
Control your breathing – when you feel stressed, just stop and breathe. Practice deep, slow, rhythmic diaphragmatic breathing and you'll fill up with energy and will throw away the worrying.
3.Add water
You may feel like you're hungry or tired when you're actually just thirsty. Dehydration, even a slight one, could be interpreted as fatigue by your body, so increasing your water intake will automatically increase your energy levels. You will also eat less and it would be easier to watch your weight.
4.Get air and sun
Open your windows and let the air and the sun in your home. Also find time to go outside in pleasant weather. 20 minutes of sunshine a day will increase your energy levels, put you in a good mood and provide your vitamin D.
5.Drink energy
