Women who walk or bike more that 30 minutes to work, have a slightly lower risk of breast cancer than those who work from home or take a vehicle to the workplace, according to a study published in the European Journal of Epidemiology.

People who bike to work typically take fewer sick days and have significantly fewer chronic health complaints, a study published in the journal Preventive Medicine found.
