4 reasons to drink more tea!
The science has proven over the years that tea is more than a simple hot beverage, bringing many benefits to the ones who have it daily.

1. It's very good for the heart
Over the years, many studies were made to discover the link between drinking tea and cardio disease. Although having moderate tea consumption has no effect in improving heart's condition, the studies reveal that a greater consumption of tea has very good effect in preventing some typical heart diseases. For example, a Dutch study made in 2002 has revealed that people who drink 3 cups of tea every day have a lower risk of having heart attacks, compared to people who don't drink tea at all.
2. Tea can prevent some types of cancer
All sorts of tea (black, green etc.) are rich sources of flavonoids. Not only it offers antioxydant protection, but these flavonoids also protect cells from cancer. Some studies on animals showed a connection between the lower risk of cancer and tea drinking.
3. Lowers the risk of osteoporosis
Three studies made separately have discovered a link between drinking tea on a regular basis and the increase of minerals in bones, which can prevent osteoporosis.
4. Prevents dental cavities
Tea is rich in fluorides. A study made on 6000 British teenagers has discovered that tea prevents the risk of dental cavities. This afirmation is real, even when we drink it with sugar.
