Will Smith investigated over conspicuous photo

Will Smith and his spouse are currently under the investigation of the Child Protective Services after a picture of their 13-year-old daughter got on the Internet, showing her in bed with a shirtless 20-year old man.

'The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services ... received an anonymous tip about the welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo,' said an inside source with the CPS.

The Smith family is cooperative as the investigation is set to last over a month but not happy that their parenting skills are being put to question.

Meanwhile, their 15-year-old son, Jaden, is also posting online photos of a shirtless self with an older woman in bed.
