Sharon Stone had a stroke

Sharon Stone suffered a stroke earlier this month while in Brazil.

The actress made an emergency trip to the Syrian-Lebanese Hospital, where she was treated for two days.

Stone’s health problems began while she was at a amFAR function in Sao Paulo, according to the National Enquirer.

“Sharon is like the energizer bunny and continues to do her worldwide charity work while making one film after another”, an insider said. “But she seems to be playing Russian roulette with her health". 

She’s just so dedicated to her charities – she’s been fighting AIDS for 20 years and nothing can stop her from getting involved for a good cause.

“But it may be killing her and she has nearly died in the past from similar issues”.

“Whenever she experiences a headache that seems out of the ordinary, she goes straight to the ER to make sure she hasn’t suffered another brain hemorrhage”.

The insider said that the Brazil incident could have been a case of this, but should serve as a life lesson to the Silver starlet in any event.

“Maybe this latest hospitalization will serve as a wake-up call that she needs to stop trying to do it all and take it easy for awhile”, the insider said.
