Porsche sued over Paul Walker's death
Authorities concluded that it was speed alone that led to the death of Paul Walker and Roger Rodas from last year, when the two crashed a Carrera GT into a light pole.
Rodas widow, however, has a different opinion. Kristine Rodas filed a lawsuit yesterday against Porsche, claiming that the model Rodas was driving at the time of the crash had a faulty suspension and a mechanical problem caused the car to go out of control.
In addition, since the car lacked a crash cage and a racing fuell cell which would have kept the fuel from igniting, the car exploded upon impact with the light pole.
Also, Rodas said that her husband was driving at 55 mph although investigators confirmed a speed between 80 and 90 mph.
