Katie Holmes has clearly moved on from Jamie Foxx!

According to a new report, Tom Cruise‘s ex-wife is now dating actor Jason Segel.

The pair first met back in 2011, when Katie filmed a guest spot on Jason’s show How I Met Your Mother.

Lately, the pair have enjoyed several casual nights out. However, things could get complicated — Jason used to date Katie’s friend and former Dawson’s Creek co-star, Michelle Williams.

“Katie has been getting her feet wet with dating again”, a source said. “She and Jason have had dinner together a few times and she thinks he’s wonderful. They have a great time together and actually have a lot in common. Katie knows how serious Michelle and Jason once were, but she doesn’t feel like she’s treading on toes since Michelle dumped Jason. Jason is eager to settle down and start a family and potentially take on Suri, which Katie loves”.
