Big Sean and Naya Rivera broke their engagement

The couple have officially been engaged for half a year.

Big Sean and Naya Rivera have announced that they’re breaking their engagement and the entire relationship, as well.

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off", says the statement from Big Sean's camp. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter".

The 26-year-old rapper had been cheating on her, but the accusations were never confirmed. An independent source has denied the rumor for Us Weekly.

The relationship originally evolved from Rivera and Big Sean’s creative partnership. While Rivera worked on kickstarting her solo career, BS put out his fourth solo album, Hall of Fame.

"I think he's incredibly talented, and has a great ear", Rivera told Billboard of Sean, last September. "He's the big dog, and I'm just a little Chihuahua trying to come up".
