Rihanna's tweet frowned upon for mocking fan

Some of Rihanna's admirers might turn their backs on the singer after she intentionally mocked a fan on a social network.

A teen fan, aged 16, accused Rihanna of mocking her after she wore the same outfit to her prom that the singer wore at the 2010 Berlin awards.

Pictures of the girl's outfit went viral and Rihanna compared her to a bat because the dress had long, wing-like sleeves.

'I was very offended,' the teen said. 'Why throw shade on it when you had on the exact same thing? The poses was different but the outfit wasn't.'

The teen added that the artist doesn't 'love her fans like she says she does.'
