New unwanted record for the French
The number of unemployed people in France has hit a new record, jumping by 3.5 percent since April of last year.
A total of 3,364,100 people are jobless in mainland France, totaling 10.2 percent of the whole workforce.
Everybody is now looking towards president Francois Hollande who hopes that by reducing companies' payroll taxes by as much as 30 billion euros, the firms will be more committed to hire and invest in France.
