Man files lawsuit for all of the world's money
Anton Purisima, a man who lives in New York, had a rather bad day after he got bitten by a dog on a city bus, was annoyed by a Chinese couple taking his photograph while he was being treated and, to top everything, he paid an overcharged price for coffee at the airport.
The consequence of this entire string of events is that Purisima filed a 22-page handwritten lawsuit for 'civil rights violations, personal injury, discrimination on national origin, retaliation, harassment, fraud, attempted murder, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conspiracy to defraud.'
In addition, the man demands two undecillion dollars for what he endured. The astronomical sum is written with thirty-six zeroes preceded by a two and represent more money than there are currently to be found on Earth.
Fortunately, there is more than one accused party to share the burden. Among the accused there is the New York City Transit Authority, the entire city of NYC, Au Bon Pain Store, LaGuardia Airport, a Kmart store, a dog owner, several health care providers, and 1,000 John Does.
This is not the first time Purisima tried his hand at lawsuit as this qualifies as his 20th suit he had filed since 2004. Among the accused, one could find casinos, banks and the entire People's Republic of China.
