A man hands in a small fortune found on the streets of Stuttgart

A 33 year old man in Stuttgart, Germany was hit by pure luck. He lost a bag containing 18,000 euros in an odd fashion.

The tradesman called local police to announce it. He said he approached his vehicle, left the bag full of money on the roof of the car and drove off without realizing he forgot the money. The bag dropped on the street, where it was picked up by a 66 year old man.

When the pensioner saw what the paper bag contained he went straight to the police station with it. Police authorities in Stuttgart praised the 66 year old man for handing the money in and called him an “honest finder”.

The 33 tradesman who lost his bag of money was called in by Stuttgart Police to pick up his small fortune.
